David Lebovitz Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients:
1/2 pineapple, pureed (about 2 cups)
8 Tbsp of sugar
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp vodka

Mix and freeze in ice cream maker. WONDERFUL!
